The African German Centre for Food Systems and Data Science funded by German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) with funds from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Germany offers the opportunity for researchers and university lecturer (research or teaching stay) to visit our UKUDLA Centre for scientific exchange as part of short-term measures. Due to funding regulations, the measure is restricted to scientists who are German nationals (Other nationalities may be admitted on a case-by-case basis. Membership of a German university and permanent residence status are advantageous. The guidelines for this will be published shortly).
- The primary aim of UKUDLA is to develop scientists’ expertise in sustainable and resilient food systems and applied data science. We can support activities such as participation in relevant (research-related) events as well as academic training and research visits.
- Individuals can be supported with travel cost and a lump sum of 111 euros/day.
- Applications can be submitted anytime and the activity must take place in 2025.
- For further information and conditions contact us directly or via ukudla@uni-hohenheim.de.
We are looking forward to discuss this opportunity
