UKUDLA Releases Report on 2025 Summer School [18.11.25]
The UKUDLA Summer School 2025 marked the first of five Summer Schools aimed at building sustainable and resilient food systems in Africa. Hosted at UWC in partnership with UHOH, UP, UMP, and LUANAR, the programme brought together master’s students for training, collaboration, and engagement on food systems and data science.
With expert-led seminars, field visits, and interdisciplinary activities — including the Food Imbizo, the Breede Valley field visit, and the WEF Nexus Game — the Summer School provided a rich learning environment. The official launch of UKUDLA further highlighted the centre’s commitment to evidence-based approaches that advance sustainable, inclusive, and resilient food futures in Southern Africa.
